Best Western Bloomington Edina - Minneapolis

I stayed at the Best Western hotel in Bloomington for one night and a very positive experience. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, which made it a great value. The location is convenient, with easy access to highways, restaurants, and shopping. parking was free and easy to find. Breakfast was decent and a nice bonus for the price. Overall, I definitely stay here again for a quick trip to the Twin Cities.

Five stars for everything EXCEPT one tiny detail! The breakfast was outstanding, the room was beautiful and clean, and the location is great. What isn't great is the $100.00 incidental fee that is not mentioned anywhere on Priceline OR their website. Also not so great, the staff parking illegally in the handicap access aisle! I am ambulatory wheelchair and we couldn't get my ramp out of our Odyssey Wednesday night! Otherwise, it's very worth everything else! Would stay again potentially

Great location close to shopping mall and upscale stores. Loved the warm pool!!! The free breakfast was similar to most and good. Cozy and quiet! The room was unique.

I just checked in and was treated very nice. Acknowledging me as Diamond or Platinum and offering water. Room is nice, although a little smaller than normal. Hot tub worked! Exercise room is outstanding. Recommend it and I travel 150 nights a year.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even when there was a sudden rush at the front desk. Breakfast was nothing special and the EV chargers didn't work, but everything else about my stay was excellent.

PROS: Location- 10 mins MOA, 15 mins ValleyFair, 20 mins Target Centre. 2 mins to Trader Joes and Target is 8 mins away. Reasonable price, good basic buffet breakfast (eggs,sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereals and breads, juice, coffee) Clean (with some dirty corners, scuffs, wear and tear to be expected at this price range) Newer TV, microwave, mini fridge, USB ports. Temp controls worked, nice staff, easy check in CONS: lobby smelled like weed all 3 days, pool and hot tub is a bit scuzzy and so full of chlorine your eyes burn and skin wrinkles in 10 mins. Doors propped open so anyone can walk in. Some clientele loud- rates are cheap enough that it might attract a bit rougher crowd than a high end hotel but nothing major. Felt safe enough. Beds are basic and a bit hard.

Pretty good stay overall. Would recommend for a good budget hotel. Pros: - Pool was warm, not cold like most hotels. Made swimming way more enjoyable. - Breakfast was average, on par with similarly priced hotels. - Rooms were clean, water was hot. - Staff were accommodating when needed. Cons: - Hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. - Breakfast items/coffee sometimes took a little while to get refilled. - Room smelled like lemongrass, which normally wouldn't be a bad thing, but the smell was so strong it was like an entire bottle got dumped out. Overall was a good stay for the price.

Straight forward hotel. Clean rooms and courteous staff. The breakfast had limited options but it was okay for the amount that we paid for 4d/3n. We loved the location of the hotel - nearby to everything that we wanted to go to. The location is a few minutes drive to MOA which is what we like (away from the traffic) as we only spent few hours there. The tv in our room had stopped working during our 2nd night, and the lady in the reception had moved us into another room without us asking. We appreciated their customer service so much.
